It didn't fit! Wanna change the color? We only offer store credit for returns on eligible items within 30 days from the purchase date. Please make sure to include the items with their original packaging, tags, removable bra pads, etc. We cannot accept returns/exchanges without these! Please keep in mind, due to hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns for certain items. Please review return policy for additional information.
At this time we do not offer free return shipping labels. The cost of the prepaid return label is based on the weight of the package, dimensions of the package, and the shipping speed selected when generating a label. The cost of the shipping label will be deducted from your refund. We work towards finding the most efficient postage prices and shipping speeds. A prepaid return label is available upon request and availability. If shipping through your own carrier, shipping costs may vary—the cost will also depend on weight, packaging, speed, etc. It is recommended to use bubble mailers as packaging, if items permit.
(Domestic orders only): We use USPS to ship our orders. Small order shipping (less than 1 pound) is $5.95. Large order shipping (more than 1 pound) is $10. *All domestic orders over $125 are eligible for free shipping.

For international orders we do not allow exchanges, we only allow returns. Returns are permitted 14 days from date of delivery only for international orders. No prepaid return shipping labels available for international orders. Store Credit Only.
Please make sure that all your information is accurate before checking out. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to change incorrect addresses once we print and process the order. If you need to make any address changes, please inform us as soon as possible. The sooner we know, the sooner we can start helping you out with those changes. Amethyst Rose cannot be held responsible for orders that are sent to addresses that are incorrectly entered. We are not liable to refund/replace this order.
Unfortunately, once an order has been successfully placed it can no longer be modified. If your order has not been processed, please email us at email@example.com and we can cancel your order so you can order the correct items. If we are unable to cancel the order before processing, the customer will be responsible for return shipping of the items. Please note that we can not combine orders and refund shipping costs.
If you received product(s) you think are damaged, please email us as soon as possible. Please provide multiple photos of the damage and your order number. We will guide you through the process of correcting this issue without any extra charges. Damaged items must be reported to us within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. Any claims beyond the 7 calendar days will be considered wear and tear, and cannot be replaced.
All sale items are final sale. No returns. No exchanges.

We process returns as we receive them. Please make sure to return the item(s) with its original packaging, tags, and removable bra pads, etc. Any of our pieces being returned or exchanged cannot be accepted without these! Please keep in mind that returns and exchanges may take up to 10 business days to be processed.
We work to process orders quickly so you can start styling your favorite pieces! Our processing time is 5 business days from the day you purchased. Additional processing time is required during peak seasons and launch periods. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is shipped. If your tracking label has been created but your order hasn't shipped out past five business days, please email us.
***Please allow 15-18 Business Days for processing and shipping on orders placed during Black Friday weekend.
***We can not control unexpected happenings from carriers that may affect delivery time during peak seasons (e.g. December). Please submit order(s) early to ensure appropriate arrival date.
Amethyst Rose cannot be held responsible for unfortunate events such as misplaced, lost or stolen packages, during the time of transit. Under all circumstances, the mail carrier is responsible for all mail pieces that undergo delivery services. If your package has not been delivered, please contact us and we will do our best to help you find your missing package.
Orders that are shipped back to us after failed delivery attempts are “Returned to Sender.” Return to Sender can happen for a variety of reasons. However, the mail delivery service is the one who classifies what they deem as undeliverable. As courtesy, we do ask for any orders placed to ensure all information is accurate before checking out. In cases such as this, orders that are "Returned to Sender" are then issued a refund for the items purchased. We do ask that you allow for 10 business days for us to process any RTS packages. Amethyst Rose cannot be held reliable for orders that have incomplete, missing or incorrect addresses.
Store Credit is issued for returns/refunds. Store Credit is issued as an E-Gift Card via email. Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to be delivered.
Shipping fees are nonrefundable.
Sending incomplete, used, and/or damaged products:
Damaged products are items that are in a condition that deems them ineligible for a return. Items returned with obvious use may be subject to denial and sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense. Please review Return Policy.
• Signs of washing or excessive wrinkling
• Signs of wear (makeup, stains, smell, etc.)
• Item(s) smelling of smoke, perfume, deodorant, etc.
• Excessive animal/human hair, fuzz, lint, etc.
• Returned without original packaging, tags or removable bra pads, etc.
• Swimwear was returned without the hygienic liner
• Wrong item(s) were returned
• Final Sale Item(s) were returned
• Items returned past the return window
We are so sorry we were not able to accommodate an exchange. We process exchanges as inventory allows when we receive the item. If we do not have the item you requested in stock, we will process a refund as store credit for you instead.
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, our system does not allow for us to add a discount code and adjust the pricing. Please keep in mind all discount codes are valid before its stated expiration date, no extensions granted.
Once you start a return request, a Return/Exchange Request Form will be sent to you via email, please follow instructions. This form is used to better assist you in the return process. An incomplete form may be subject to a return denial.
Amethyst Rose does not impose customs and duty fees. Your country of residence imposes these fees for ordering items outside of your country. Unfortunately, import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs are before making a purchase. Amethyst Rose is not responsible for any additional fees or custom fees your country imposes on retrieving your package.
